The Kingdoms of Norwood have thrived over the last hundred years. New growth has shown in the dark forest, plants are growing for the farmers. The population is healthy and growing. Yet there is a slight problem. The population dwindles every time there is a vampire attack on the village. Yet humans do nothing to stop the madness. Elves are more keen to the problem, but its not their population. The vampires wish to gain the throne, but so do many others not just vampires. Humans have had the throne for a while now. People want change or rather have a king who is long lived. Not replacing someone after 20 years. There are nobles who wish to take the throne, but they all vote for themselves or choose others within their own race.

Benigno is the king's best friend since they went to court together. Benigno is there for him if he needs anything and he is quite the charmer with women. Always getting into something that makes everyone laugh when its been a tough day.

Traitor to the Throne/Former Noble

Alfonso was a noble before the new King took the throne. Angered by the king being an elf he backed out of everything he was doing and sold everything. Now he leaves somewhere in the forest kidnapping the people most important to the king. He will do everything to get a human back on the throne.
